Bound together in love, sex and Work, Eve X & Sai Jaiden Lillith have danced in the ropes together since 2019.
Dedicated to the arts of erotic ritual and theatre, IDM produces passionate, expressive performances across a range of myths, moods and desires. We welcome invitations to perform. We welcome collaboration. We also welcome sponsorship, to enable the breadth of our creative dreams.
IDM are regularly performing in Melbourne & Sydney,& open to calls further abroad.
SEX IS ART
Infernal Desire Machine was born out of our desires, and a way of proudly inhabiting our erotic in shared spaces.
Our rituals are rope / Shibari focused, often involving suspension bondage combined with a variety of theatrical elements and kinetic arts; bound into a narrative of dream and vision.
We invite you into our journeys - our magical spaces, authentic invocations of our primal selves, Mythic theatre born of our shared desires, spirituality and philosophy. We believe that sex can be artistry, that creative passions can find expression in our carnal conditions; that connection can take many forms; that the performative is an externalisation of internal authenticity.
Sex is Resistance
We are unashamed in our depictions and displays of the erotic; we believe that the erotic should be honoured, and that recognising the validity of myriad forms of its expression is deeply core to our authentic and healthy existence.
We are unashamed, but our narratives cover the societal experience of shame, through the patriarchy, through ancestral truama, through judeochristian morality systems.

Our practice is rooted in the primal, the dance of desire that is the truth of our nature.
Our rituals honour land and seasons as much as our internal landscapes.
Woven idols incorporate the natural world into our bindings,
turning the body into a canvas of ropes, branches, leaves and flowers.
PUBLIC RITUAL
IDM welcome all invitations to perform public rituals of a variety of incarnations.
We can also work with you to create a Woven Idols ritual in real time, as performance, as public ritual.
We can provide the canvas, or work with the bodies provided.
PRIVATE WORSHIP
We offer Woven Idols as a bespoke private ritual.
Taking elements of your desire and intentions, the bounty and callings of the seasons, weaving them into your form.
Photography to capture the moments can also be arranged.
We love posting the evidence of our rituals on our social media, with your consent.
